Duncan Weller was born in Sherbrooke, Quebec in 1975 to English immigrants. He graduated from Lakehead University, where he studied English Literature and Fine Art.

Mr. Weller worked as a picture framer and illustrator. In Vancouver he worked as a contract sculptor and painter for Delta Play and Klondike Kidstuff, companies that produced play areas and large themed projects for museums and large commercial enterprises. Returning to Thunder Bay he worked in the marketing and promotional department of Magnus Theatre. In 2008 he won the 2007 Governor General’s Award in the children’s literature for his book The Boy from the Sun, as well the Ruth and Sylvia Schwartz Children’s Book Award. He writes an arts column for The Chronicle-Journal. He received a Chalmers Arts Fellowship allowing him to do research for an upcoming picture book in Ghana. In 2013 he self-published three hardcover children’s picture books, The Love Ant, Big Electric Cat, The Ugg and the Drip with a printing of 3,000 copies of each using Kromar in Winnipeg. In 2015 he printed 5,000 copies of a second expanded edition of The Boy from the Sun. Upcoming books include an expanded version of Night Wall, Lara Wood, and The Chameleon Snake and Space Snake.

Beate is best known for her work which specializes in growing, building and scaling businesses. Her tag line Growth Architect exudes confidence and caring.

The show is a discussion on the role of women in leadership. The world is ready for women to take their place as we move through these most fragile of times. Beate has her own ideas on how we can accomplish that and how necessary it is that we step up to the plate.

Beate was a single Mom with a six-figure debt load. In 2006 she successfully sold a system to Bill Gates for millions. Now this is the woman who can show the rest of us how to do the same thing.

Dr Ava Eagle Brown aka The Mango Girl

Dr Brown is the evidence is living flesh that your raw beginnings of how you start do not necessarily determine where you finish. As a young girl growing up in Jamaica her entrepreneurship brilliance began with selling mangos to the tourists on the train.

Today, author, no less than two MBA degrees and to be accredited with the title of Dr. Ava Brown wow.

She has been interviewed, featured, and sought after more than any of us can imagine possible. She has tagged herself The Mango Girl which features all of who she has become. It was an honor to interview her.

To interview Cheryl a second time was so rewarding. To hear her plans to support and love women who have been incarcerated was over the top. Cheryl is now focusing on setting up her organization www.womenofworthwow.com with products, programs and services. This includes everything from books, to programs and locations for housing women when they get released who do not have a place to go.

Her work is very much needed as the services and education just are not there to assist women on their way into jail, during their stay or after the fact. Being a very successful businesswoman Cheryl sees the big need for financial education as well.

Robbie Motter began her life as a girl in foster care. From there she has accomplished so much in her 84 years. Her passion is helping other women to know that they can be all of whatever they choose.

Robbie has founded an organization called Global Society of Female Entrepreneurs, a non profit that empowers and educates women beyond their wildest dreams. What an honor to chat with Robbie. Such an inspiration and she is not anywhere close to being finished.

She recently compiled a book of 44 authors who share their journey and what a best seller this will be.

From a cardboard box of product to a transport truck a couple of times a week Linda knows how to take a great idea and do something with it. From her background in banking to network marketing and finally in her own corporation Linda became the place to shop if you were in the beauty business.

Her company grew and grew and, in the end, sold to retire. Lynn is an inspiration for anyone who wants to have their own business. A fantastic interview with one of the best people in the world.

Jodie Moncrief is a professional realtor in South Orange County, CA. Her approach in helping others to make that transition painless and with very little stress is refreshing. Jodie shared that is her job as a realtor. She is particularly interested in supporting first time buyers to jump through all of the hoops from the viewing to the closing of the deal.
