Leah Podolas is 15 years old but wise beyond her years. She is a straight A student, writes the best fiction ever, plays the keyboard, draws, paints and on top of all that loves to play sports.

She has had her own journey of challenges along the way. Leah has many passions as you can see so we decided to talk about that. She has concerns about her peers and how many of them find it difficult to pursue their gifts. Join me in listening to this encouraging compassionate young woman.

Nadzin hails from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Treat Six Territory Land of the Metis. She began her career 15 years ago with her Diploma in Youth Care work. She has a passion to support youth at risk and works tirelessly with the families as well.

During her career she has educated herself with Victim Offender Mediation through Conflict resolution, Mental Health First Aid Training, Suicide Awareness Training, Sentencing Circle Training and of late a Certified Empowerment Facilitator with Self Worth the Missing Link.

She says she was an unhealthy person trying to help unhealthy people. Nadzin has spent countless hours of her own time healing from the past, building her own worth and confidence, in order to be more effective in her work with our teens and their families.
