Mark Eibel is director of client investment strategies for Russell Investments. Mark implements model strategies into client portfolios. Additionally, he helps set strategic asset allocation targets and drives product innovation on the private client side of the business. Mark was promoted to this role in July 2008. Prior, Mark was director of Russell’s U.S. equity manager research from 2007 to 2008 and head of Russell’s U.S. equity manager research from 2003 to 2007. From 1997 to 2002, Mark served as head of the U.S. market oriented–value and Canadian equity manager research teams. Mark joined the U.S. equity and fixed income research team in 1991 as a research associate, was promoted to research analyst in 1994 and senior research analyst in 1995. His Russell career began in 1984 in quantitative operations’ services. Mark is a principal spokesman for Russell’s investment process and frequently speaks to clients, industry conferences and the media. He is a frequent guest on television and radio networks such as CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and Bloomberg Radio. Mark is responsible for the Investment Manager Outlook, a quarterly publication, and is the investment division representative to the Board of Directors for the Russell Investment Company.

Jeff Blum, a Financial Advisor with Raymond James and Associates, specializes in retirement planning, asset and cash flow strategies.  Jeff’s mission for his business is to use a creative process combining experience and resources to assist his clients to achieve their financial goals.  Jeff works to educate his clients on all aspects of investing; Jeff believes that understanding your investments is key to a successful investment plan.
Jeff is an active member of the community.  Current Trustee and Past Chair of the Conejo Las Virgenes Future Foundation serving since 1996, past chair of the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce and in his 8th term on the board, and past president of the Rotary Club of Agoura/Oak Park and current member of the Conejo Valley Rotary Club.  Jeff is credited with the re-birth of the Pumpkin Festival, founding the CLvFFie Awards, establishing the Calabasas Economic Affairs Council, and creating the “Hands Across the Parklands” event.  In addition, Jeff has served on numerous committees benefiting organizations throughout the region.  Recently Jeff was presented the “Spirit of Calabasas” award for exceptional initiative and outstanding contributions to the community.
Jeff lives with his family in Thousand Oaks.  Jeff attended the University of Maryland; Cal-State Northridge in business related studies and served in the United States Air Force.
